4. $ORACLE Tokens

a. Ownership: $ORACLE tokens are owned and issued by Oracle Garden. Users may acquire, hold, and use $ORACLE tokens subject to these terms.

b. Staking: Staking $ORACLE tokens comes with additional terms outlined in the Staking Agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: Oracle Garden retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

b. License: Oracle Garden grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its services for personal or business purposes.

6. Privacy

a. Data Collection: Oracle Garden collects and processes user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

b. Cookies: By using Oracle Garden, you consent to the use of cookies as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers
